It’s quick, it’s filling, it usually has a couple of our daily dose of fruits and veggies and the obvious health benefits. The most important plus for me, are the colours. They are unbelievably beautiful and you just want to have a glass. Being from a country that predominantly runs on brown beverage, this new entrant is a revolution in techni color. This one, is an immunity boosting and skin friendly drink with its dose of vitamin C. With fasting season on, although we know now that occasional fasting is good for us, including this in the evening will help take those benefits further.
