5 Ingredients Mango Salsa

This is the perfect summer dip for your chip. It’s refreshing, fruity and zesty. For a lovely canape option, pile them on nachos and walk around proudly, with a platter full of them.

Recipe :

Ingredients :

  • 1 Medium Mango
  • 1 small Onion
  • 1 small Lemon
  • Chopped Coriander
  • 1 small Chilli

Method :

  1. Chop mangoes, onions, chilli and coriander finely.
  2. Add the chopped bits into a bowl and squeeze lemon.
  3. Toss. Check for seasoning. If required add a pinch of saltt.
  4. Serve with salted chips or nachos.
